HOW TO ORDER
Ordering on Estetici Store is very easy.
The Customer will just need to log in (possible here) and then will start surfing among the various categories of our online shop.
An online store may offer a customer the opportunity to purchase immediately from his/her pc in complete safety: the Customer will be accompanied long all the purchasing path by some link buttons present on each site page for every single product, like, for example, “Add to Cart” buttons.
Once the product is added to the personal wish list, an automatic message will ask the customer if he/she is willing to continue shopping or prefer closing the wish list. On the personal synthesis page, the user will find his/her own order, comprehensive of purchased products, quantities, prices and total amounts which are TVA inclusive.
By confirming the order, the user will be immediately redirected to the page concerning expedition and invoicing addresses, expedition fees and payment methods, according to the customer choices and needs.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estetici Store informs users that shipping fees and products delivery will be charged to the customer who effectuates the order: in the course of the purchase procedure the Customer will receive all the information concerning the shipping costs and payment methods relative to every peculiar kind of expedition, in a apposite page called “Shipping fees”.
We also remind customers that:
- Purchased products will be delivered to the address given by the user
- Couriers will not make “advice calls” prior to their arrival nor will accept requests of delivery on specific hours
- Shipping procedures will resort to express couriers such as BARTOLINI, UPS and DHL.
- Products will be sent within 3 working days after the payment has been received, which may vary according to the selected payment method.
- The delivery obligation is intended as accomplished once the merchandise has been consigned to the carrier; from that moment on risks of losses, failures or delays will be attributable exclusively to the freight forwarder/courier, and, in every case, the Customer is in charge of taking any legal action against carriers, insurers and any responsible third party.
In case of missed delivery due to the absence of the consignee, the courier will notify the customer of the merchandise delivery. The courier will make two attempts, if at the third attempt the customer will not be present, the merchandise will be returned to the stock and the order will be annulled.
